Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AudioZone mobile application (the "Service") operated by AudioZone ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, artists, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the AudioZone app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated music and comments) are and will remain the exclusive property of AudioZone and its licensors. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AudioZone.

All music uploaded to AudioZone remains the intellectual property of the respective artists or copyright holders. By uploading tracks to AudioZone, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, trim, cache, and distribute a 30-second preview of the track to our application users.

3. User Accounts & Verification

When you register a verified account on our Service, you agree to provide us with a valid phone number. We verify this phone number via SMS/WhatsApp using a secure One-Time Password (OTP).

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and session.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your session.

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

Our Service allows users and artists to post comments, customize playlists, build bios, and upload audio tracks ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You agree not to post Content that:

  • Is infringing, copyright-violating, libelous, defamatory, abusive, or obscene.
  • Contains viruses, corrupted files, or other software scripts designed to interrupt or damage app performance.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, including artists or other listeners.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any user account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Artist-Specific Terms

Users who register as Artists inside the application settings agree to the following terms:

  • Audio Trimming: AudioZone uses native, on-device compression tools to crop files to a 30-second streaming preview. You agree to this preview trim for public playback.
  • Copyright Representations: You guarantee that you own or have the license to all components (including vocals, beats, and backing tracks) of the music you upload.
  • Monetization: Any monetization, streaming credits, or tips processed through the platform are subject to the specific credit terms disclosed at the time of purchase or artist registration.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to support@audiozone.com with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement Notice" and include details of the infringing track.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AudioZone does not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

In no event shall AudioZone, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guinea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
